  Exactly as in the pictures. Staff is helpful! Quite spacious. Family suite is really worth the cost! 👌
  
  What could be improved: The hot water shower stopped working on the last day of the stay due to some technical issues! But otherwise the stay was really good!

  Everything was good, it was a new property, I hope they maintain it well. The room size was decent, amenities are provided on ask. It was difficult to find the hotel given there's no board at all and the map drops you somewhere else, they should really put plot no on the app.
  The other point which was quite off was that I had agreed for early check in before booking the room at a rate, however when I reached the hotel early morning, the staff asked for double price than what was agreed. Obviously I had no other place to go so I had to pay and check-in. So make sure if you're agreeing something, do settle that in advance, else you'll end up paying more at the hotel out of desperation.

  Great location , ideal for visiting city and 10 mins walk from main South Extension station. Perfect for a short break holiday

  It is a good location–near big shops (mainly high end) and restaurants, etc. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is modern and clean.
  
  What could be improved: They need to put a sign outside the gate with the proper name. We were thankful that a staff person was apparently looking for us to come, and was outside the gate to point the way inside.
  They don't have a secure place to put luggage–we were catching a 9 p.m flight, they said that we needed to check out by noon, and we could store the luggage in the parking area (it has a camera), but the area is not at all locked. And if someone steals anything….who has time to stay for more days to sort out what was seen on the camera?

  When you book this hotel, you will have to ask for iron. They don’t have iron board
  The hot water needs to be turn on. Just ask them where is the switch for hot water. They keep that off by default.

  The hotel is in the center, but the place is very quiet. Our room was an apartment with a bedroom, kitchen, coffee machine, bathroom and 2 toilets – more than we expected. The prices were not too high. The breakfast was delicious. Parking within the hotel, Metro Station Is 2 minutes market and many restaurants are walkable.

  The Hotel was close to the Center another benefit was 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with WC. Everything met our expectations and we were satisfied. The Reception went out of her way to accommodate us in everything.
