  Neat private and courteous staff & owner too. Window AC with 4in1 mode was brilliant, Nice breakfast. Nice hot water. Clean towels though different colours. Allowed extended stay with some additional charge
  
  What could be improved: No shampoo, Room should have been cleaner. No wardrobe or small cupboard. Plug points to charge phones and laptop not available. Kettle working but lid was broken. When gone out for the day could not lock the door from outside as lock was jammed and door too tight.

  The rate as per location in south delhi is very much appreciated. Staff well mannered and helpful. Facilities as per rate is satisfactory. Food provided which is included in rate is good but paid food (450/- veg and 600 Non veg) is expensive though I didnt order.

  Excellent food, great location, park just next to it, cook and manager were very courteous and prepared awesome food. Very safe locality. Room size was fine, bed was comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: Room smelled a bit bad because of no ventilation. Doors closed with difficulty. Missing toilet paper. Almirah smelled bad.
