  We had to book a hotel for the same day as our first one was a scam. This place took our booking and we checked in an hour later, it was super smooth. The location is great, nearby lots of restaurants and the New Delhi train station. Also close to the blue metro line which is perfect for tourists as its much quieter than the yellow one. Breakfast was delicious and served hot every morning. Reception staff were super kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean when we checked in. The room was great as you got very little street noise inside.
  
  What could be improved: I think since we were there during a quiet time we were some of very few guests for a few nights. Those nights the staff that stay in the hall/stairwell on each floor watched their TV programs on their phones VERY loud, I had to complain to reception multiple times (even at 2am). It was only those nights though. I'd recommend the hotel get staff headphones as an easy way to resolve that problem.

  The hotel location was perfect! Its in the city, you can book uber or tuktuk to explore dehli. The room was spacious and clean. Big size of bathroom as we book the family room. The staff were very helpful and friendly! We have breakfast included, and we requested for take away brekfast as we had an early tour, which they accomodate our request. Thank you!
  
  What could be improved: The lift was small, keep in mind if you have large lugage. Quiet noisy with horns and beeps constantly even at night as the property was beside the main road.

  The staff were amazing – they were super accommodating, friendly and couldn't do more for me. They made me feel safe and really looked after me during my 3 days at the hotel. I'm a female solo traveller and I can't thank them enough for their kindness. They also upgraded my room free of charge without me requesting a room change/upgrade.
  
  The hotel restaurant is also lovely, the food is fantastic and very reasonably priced.
  
  I would recommend staying here if you want to be in the centre of Delhi and well looked after during your trip.

  Everything was great, comfortable and peaceful, the ambience was nice, Food was great (Paneer tikka masala is a must try).
  
  What could be improved: There was an issue with the water shortage but they fixed it in like 10-15 minutes, so yeah not a major inconvenience.
