  This is a really luxury hotel. We loved staying here. The bathroom is gorgeous and the bath is just wonderful. The bed is super comfortable and the room is sound proofed so it is a lovely place to rest near the train station.
  I would like to say about staff that they are really humble and provide you the best hospitality upon arrival and during the stay.

  Nice location. Its Left on the main road where India Gate, CP are near by. Staff is really good…house keeping staff is really really so kind and soft spoken. When we ordered lunch for in room dining, we asked the guy for where can we go for local shopping in evening…he suggested two good markets Karol Bagh & Sarojini Nagar and how to negotiate with them. He also suggested couple of other places like Palika, Janpath Market but he insisted to visit earlier two to get more varieties.

  KACA INN has been the first and last stop for our family trip to India due to its central location to all our friends and family and the major markets. The staff, even though they change everytime we come, are always exceptional. the rooms are are clean and food is great!
  
  What could be improved: the reception service is not creative or responsive for anything that is out of routine. The buffet service was missing, only one or two seating on roof top.

  Perfect location for visiting New Delhi, close to points of interest but sheltered from heavy traffic. Good cuisine and excellent room service. The staff is very kind and helpful. Good level of cleanliness. Rooms are equipped with everything you need, including air conditioning and a fan.
  
  What could be improved: Compared to the offer I had booked on Booking (which included airport taxi transfers), I actually had to pay for the entire return trip and the parking on arrival (about €15 in total). It would be better if the website provided clearer information.

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our needs. The staff were incredibly friendly and quick to assist whenever we needed help.
  
  What could be improved: The only minor inconvenience was the boiler, which occasionally made strange noises. We had to call the staff to adjust the hot water and figure out how to stop the noise from disrupting our sleep. Thankfully, they resolved it promptly, so it didn’t affect our overall experience.

  Don't be put off by the name of the hotel! The room was really comfortable, shower excellent and really good value for money.
  Would have liked a window but to be honest it was nice to not be woken up by day light!
  Surprisingly quiet considering the location.
  Very near new dehli station walking distance with a back pack!
  
  What could be improved: The location was a bit challenging for a lone female traveller but just keep strong and stay assertive.

  The staff were helpful and attentive.
  Clean rooms although the bedding was slightly stained (I do think they were clean though)
  Helped us with getting water and sim cards set up.
  Bathrooms and shower was clean and powerful.

  What could be improved: The place is electrifying, literally. We kept getting static shocks from the lift and the metal furniture and finishings.
