  Very cosy room, with excellent bathroom. Location in Aerocity was great for spending the night between two flights. Despite location close to airport terminals, it felt very quiet and we got a good night's sleep. Great food with room service and the breakfast buffet was fantastic.

  What could be improved: Check in was slow and seemed overly complicated. I had gone to bed when another guest came into my room. They had issued him the same room as me. This is actually quite a security and safety risk. Okay if you were a guy, but what if you were a single woman? It would have been quite upsetting.Then half an hour later reception rang to check if everything was okay. Bit late now, don't you think? It was more "damage control" than anything else.
  
  Also the two bottles of water they provide in the room, one was open and half used. For a too rated hotel, this was pretty poor.
