  The room was good, somethings were missing but ok
  
  What could be improved: The people there were not trained properly, I waited for 60 minutes for my order as there is not much staff. They lied to me about the breakfast as I wanted to leave early in the morning I asked them if they will provide the breakfast at 7 am, so the receptionist number1, receptionist number2 said that the table service will be available for you at 7am. In the evening while I was having my dinner I asked about the same to the chef, he also said that cold food will be available before 7am. A guy who delivered food to my room said the same. BUT in the next morning when I asked them to serve me the receptionist 3 told me that cheff comes at 8:30am, we can’t serve you, which was very disappointing as many people lied about the same.
  Also the receptionist 3 (Sayidd) was very very rude, as I said “but your staff told me that it will be available, he said that he didn’t know about what they said earlier, and i should talk to them only when they are there on their shift also he was sleepy and cranked at 6am as he was sleeping on his shift there. No solutions provided, I confrontations from the people who previously promised the breakfast. So unprofessional and unorganized. Bad experience.
