  The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to accommodate my request for a late check out.

  Been back so many times and found it to be as good as ever.
  However, a few strange occurances I was handed a plate with deserts and a picture taken randomly to give the impression that I was given an amazing welcome. I had been there 3 days already and the staff I'd never spoken to😳.
  Those I commend and truly deserve credit were a member of waiting staff Nitu and buffet supervisor Sushmita in brown and cream uniform ( both cared about the guests not reviews ).
  Others hounded us for reviews, the hotel may need to rethink its bonus, promotion or salary progression indicators ( the real stars need recognition ).

  The room was Spacious, comfortable, had a good View, and all amenities. The Bathroom was a bit cramped, though. The Dinner and Breakfast buffet spread was excellent, offered good choice and superb taste.
  
  What could be improved: There was too much crowd in the Restaurant, and the staff were struggling to manage service throughout our stay. They were trying hard to please the customers though.

  I recently stayed at Welcome Hotel Dwarka and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a great night’s sleep. I loved the thoughtful amenities, including high-quality toiletries and a well-stocked mini-fridge.
  
  I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. I will definitely be returning in the future!
