  Great service starting from check in to in room dining to the salon where hayath gave me a great haircut. Food was very good and the in room dining menu has a great variety on offer. Only the western options were a bit lacking and minibar is weak.

  Comfortable bed. Good hot water and helpful staff
  Clean room which didn’t smell of India.
  Plentiful supply of bottled water and ionised water.

  Room key electricity slot not working
  No towels
  Fridge didn’t work
  Late check out given for 2 hours but electronic key deactivated at normal checkout time.

  Spotlessly clean, comfortable, good location. Nice to have access to a pool. The room was very nicely done up.
  
  What could be improved: Minor things, mainly for Vivanta: One of the bathroom lights made a humming noise when turned off. And the closet light wouldn’t turn off
  I find it strange when hotels don’t have anywhere to hang towels.
  There seemed to be quite a lot of staff in Creo but they didn’t really tend to Caramel (I guess not as many customers) – I had to wait quite a while to be served.

  Property is very clean and has nice restaurants. The room was very comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: The location is hard to find on Google Maps. Using the location link from Booking.com into Uber, I was taken to an abandoned construction site where I then had to walk 30 mins with my bags past strays dogs who did not want me there.
