  New property, well maintained facilities, quiet residential location, good staff, luxury toiletries. Quite a wholesome service apartment offering.
  
  What could be improved: I’ll have to nitpick to find something that was not okay. The furniture is still new and has a bit of the polish smell still.
  
  Also, I never tried the breakfast. So, can’t comment on it.

  What could be improved: The ground/reception floor is quite noisy, but it's only temporary until the kitchen relocates. Some of the staff don't speak English well.

  Environment good and silent, very clean, everything is new, well decorated bedrooms, living room, kitchen and balcony, everything show in the picture are real, staff are nice and friendly, very helpful, the best place to live in Delhi will definitely live here next time

  Place was great and the room was wonderful!
  
  What could be improved: The pictures on booking.com for a specific category of the room are incorrect. I paid for the king size room thinking I will get a bigger balcony as per the photos on the site but it turned out to be a queen size room which had a big balcony. the king size room had a very small balcony at the back side, which was a waste of money for me. It is very misleading for customers.
