What really surprised me is how couples seem to gravitate toward this spot — apparently they rate the location super highly, and I can see why. There’s something romantic about being able to stroll through the colonial architecture in the evening, then duck into one of the nearby cafes or bars.

The free parking situation is honestly a game-changer if you’re planning to rent a car or have someone picking you up — finding secure parking in Connaught Place can be a real headache otherwise. But beyond the practical stuff, there’s something genuinely welcoming about the whole operation. The staff seems to actually care about whether you’re having a good stay, and the proximity to the VFS office (hence the name) makes it super practical if you’re dealing with visa applications or other bureaucratic necessities.   Breakfast was good. Food when ordered from room service was good. Ram Singh and Saroj Mishra in the breakfast room were very efficient and courteous. Both are excellent asset to the company. Food variety was good.
  The place was as seen in the photos. Clean. Location is good. It is also on a quiet street. Easy access to places of interest.
  Rooms are good size, bed was comfortable and bathroom was good.

  Food at hotel was well priced and tasty. The chef (suraj) was super helpful and made me breakfast when I was leaving, even though I was leaving before the allotted breakfast time – super helpful.

  The location is perfect, in a nice area, and most importantly, in a quiet road without all the cars and their neverending horns, and walking distance from orange line or the metro, that takes you to the airport in half an hour. The hotel was clean and pleasant, not fancy but expected for the rate. The staff very friendly, and they even prepared me a small breakfast for the day I did the excursion to Agra, for which I left earlier than the starting time they began to serve breakfast. Also, one day I ordered some food and it was delicious, abundant, and not pricey. I'd stay there again!

  The staff was very good. The hotel was very clean, the food was so good and the rooms were very comfortable. The service was also very impressive, specially Rohit,Chanchal, Ankit and Sroj Mishra. We were happy to be there. Keep up those standards continuously.

  Fine location and price! Very Clean. Comfortable beds. In the bathroom hot and cold water runs fine. In the room tea pot and a small fridge are very helpful. Heater and air-condition. Good eggs omelette and other food for breakfast.
