Location & Getting Around

The location on Mathura Road is actually pretty smart — you’re right next to Nizamuddin East, which puts you close to some incredible Mughlai food and the famous Nizamuddin Dargah if you’re into that sort of thing. What I really appreciated was the free parking on site, because driving in Delhi can be… well, let’s just say having a guaranteed spot is worth its weight in gold. The area feels safe for couples (apparently they rate it highly, and I can see why), and you’re well-connected to both the airport and central Delhi without being stuck in the absolute chaos of Connaught Place.

The Room Experience

My room was surprisingly spacious for what I paid, and the bed was actually comfortable — not always a guarantee at this level. The air conditioning worked properly (crucial in Delhi’s heat), and there was decent WiFi throughout. I’ll be honest, the bathrooms aren’t huge, but they’re clean and the hot water was consistent. The decor leans modern without trying too hard, and there are enough power outlets that you won’t be fighting over charging spots if you’re traveling with someone.

Breakfast & Dining

The breakfast setup here is better than expected — they do continental options alongside Indian dishes, plus they have vegetarian choices that actually taste good. What’s clever is their breakfast-to-go option, which saved me time on a couple of mornings when I had early meetings in the city. There isn’t a full restaurant on site, but honestly, you’re in Delhi — some of the best street food and proper restaurants are just a short walk or auto-rickshaw ride away.

Why Guests Love It

Look, this place works because it gets the basics right without pretending to be something it’s not. The 9.1 location rating from recent guests makes sense when you actually stay here — you’re positioned well for both business and leisure without paying five-star prices. The staff genuinely seems to care about your experience, and there’s something refreshing about a place that focuses on being a really good bed and breakfast rather than trying to be everything to everyone. For couples especially, it offers that sweet spot of comfort, safety, and value that’s honestly hard to find in Delhi.

  I really enjoyed this apartment and will stay here again the next time I am in Delhi. Everything I needed was here, it was, quiet and comfortable, lots of space, the breakfast was omelette, toast and fruit, coffee and water and kettle were in the room. The owner was a polite and interesting man and I absolutely loved the art everywhere, the decor and vibe.
  
  What could be improved: The showerhead didn't spray properly and needed replacing, but it was a small thing, I enjoyed my stay.

  i liked my stay at this property it is very close to the road and easily accesible to all the places i wanted to visit.

  What could be improved: hard to get hold of owner to ask for things like a hairdryer and laundry as we didn’t have a local phone and couldn’t find him on Whattsapp. we know that had we thought of this earlier he would have been very helpful. Not obviously close to restaurants but a 15minute tuk tuk drive away sorted that out

  the property is well maintained and is designed very well to accommodate guests. It is very pretty overall.
  
  What could be improved: Feels a little dated at certain finishes. Also the bathroom feel a little dated. The system, of having a small capacity geyser in the bathroom means that the guests have to wait between 2 showers. Otherwise the place and the staff and the facilities are great overall.
