  The hotel is very confortable, clean, and have a very good location and the people was servicial and kind whit us.

  The room was good , and clean …. all facilities were there and the location was awesome….
  
  What could be improved: I requested for a single big bed but they have 2 seperate beds , which was not comfortable

  breakfast was nice and to my expectation.
  the service staff very cordial and guiding.
  the meal was a balanced one.
  In the dinning room: clean and tidy but two chairs on the right corner were not in good condition.

  Hotel is clean and neat. Room was very clean with all the facilities. Good ambiance. The staff were very cooperative and helpful.

  The location is easily accessible – Karol Bagh metro is at walkable distance and the whole Karol Bagh Market is outside this hotel.

  Staff was very good and supportive. They gave early access in our booked room. If any issue then they solved immediately. Near to Karol Bagh Market & Karol Bagh metro station.
  
  What could be improved: Thali was very expensive they need to increase & add quantity in thali instead of other otherwise good. Bath tub room not allocated as was shown in booked room.
