The room I stayed in was exactly what you’d hope for from a well-managed three-star — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. The bed was actually comfortable (you’d be surprised how often that’s not the case), and the air conditioning worked properly, which in Delhi is basically non-negotiable. What I appreciated most was the attention to small details — decent lighting for reading, enough outlets for your devices, and a bathroom that felt fresh rather than just functional.   The managers of the hotel were so nice and supportive. They had helped us to plan our trip to Agra. They also had allowed us to check out late. Our Delhi stay was much joyful because of them.
  
  What could be improved: The location is quite busy and amidst a market road full of people. It’s hard for vehicles to reach hotel. The room service lacks sleeper and the shower handle was found broken.

  Cleanliness, Staff Behaviour and overall ambience
  
  What could be improved: Hotel refused to accept digital payment for food bill at late night, while my departure was in early morning, it was not informed earlier, I had to go out at night for cash withdrawal from ATM. This was not expected.
  
  The car I had booked for a station drop from the travel desk of the hotel, the driver was demanding extra money, and was unwilling to drop me at the station, was asking me to get dropped off almost 800 mtrs before station, while I denied to get off he ultimately dropped us at station. The Hotel shall look into such things and take action.

  Everything was really great and comfortable. All the services were really good. Room was comfortable. Service was quick. Apart from hot water issue everything else is 100% good. I would recommend people to stay in this hotel
  
  What could be improved: Hot water problem. Every room should have geyser. They have a Central heating facility. Due to this you have to first pour 3 buckets of cold water.. Throw it. And then fill hot water. This is wastage of water.
