The lobby has that crisp, modern feel without being sterile, and honestly, the staff seem genuinely happy to help rather than just going through the motions.

Location & Neighborhood

Greater Kailash Enclave is one of those New Delhi neighborhoods that locals love but tourists often overlook — which is exactly why staying here feels like a bit of a discovery. You’re close enough to the action but far enough away from the chaos that can overwhelm first-time visitors to the city. The area has this nice residential feel with plenty of cafes and shops within walking distance, and I mean actually walkable, not the kind of “walking distance” that requires an hour-long trek through traffic.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in was compact but thoughtfully designed — you know how some hotels cram furniture into small spaces and it feels claustrophobic? That’s not the case here. Everything has its place, the bed is surprisingly comfortable for this price range, and the bathroom actually has decent water pressure, which honestly can be hit or miss in Delhi. The air conditioning works well too, which you’ll definitely appreciate if you’re visiting during the warmer months.

Breakfast & Practical Perks

The breakfast setup is where this place really shines for the price point. The vegetarian buffet might sound limiting, but it’s actually quite varied — they do a solid South Indian spread alongside North Indian options, and the coffee is better than I expected. What really caught my attention though was the free parking — if you’re planning to rent a car or have business meetings around the city, this is a huge advantage since parking in Delhi can be both expensive and frustrating.

There’s something to be said for a hotel that consistently delivers on its promises without any surprises. The recent guest rating of 8.4 for location makes perfect sense once you’ve stayed here — you’re well-connected to both business districts and cultural sites, but you’re also in a neighborhood where you can grab a decent meal or just take a walk without feeling like you’re constantly navigating tourist traps. Couples seem particularly drawn to this place, and I can see why — it’s got that relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind after a day of exploring the city.   Staff is friendly

  This is in a prime location from airport(30 mins) and easy to reach location/ accessible to the near by spots lotus temple etc. Breakfast was good, but the variety spread was less.
  
  What could be improved: The hotel reception individuals are less friendly. When enquired for an extended paid checkout was denied and they didn't even show any empathy in addressing the request. Instead they outrightly rejected it as soon as requested.

  The location is very good. 200mtrs away from Greater Kailash Metro gives you access to NCR
  The rooms are basic not completely worth ₹4K. If you get it for less than ₹3.5K including breakfast you it's a good deal. The staff are courteous. Food is fine. For breakfast try to reach early to get hot food else cold food might await you.
  All in all a good place for 1 to 2 nights stay especially with the advantage of location.
  If you take your car here, parking might be a bit difficult but possible. There is no dedicated parking but arrangements can be made.
  
  What could be improved: Rooms need renovation. Need more lights inside room. Washroom needs to be cleaner.

  Great Location, 5 minute walk to the Metro Station and in the heart of South Delhi. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was more than adequate.

  The reception staff was really nice, we booked for 2days we extended our stay 4 days due to work. it was nice but the rooms were a bit small. The beds were very comfortable

  The hotel was tidy, within walking distance to the metro, had bottled water in the room and included breakfast. there was a communal sitting area and lime filtered water in the lobby. the rooms were a fine size, had tv and fridge and big beds. The breakfast had a good amount of both western and indian options.
  
  What could be improved: Finding the hotel was a challenge. We took an uber from the airport in the end and it was in a housing sort of estate section so the uber had an issue trying to find entry into the estate as some of the gates were locked. In saying that we also had issues when leaving the hotel to go out for the day or for dinner as different gates closed at different times and we would walk to a gate and find we were locked in and have to find another gate. Theres the CR Park Market nearby on the other side of the road but to get there you have to go over this overpass thing which coupled with finding a gate out of the estate is a bit time consuming. Check in was a bit messy. It was almost like they weren't expecting us. They are not very digital with you having to fill out a hotel guest book with your details and they take a photocopy of your passport that you sign which is usual for most hotels i think but we noticed it more here in India. We had no issues with our room though the bathroom is quite small and you have to turn the hot water system on and wait for it to heat up before showering. Our friend though was kicked out of her room when she was getting ready to shower (we have no idea why, some mix up with the room they gave her?) and ended up with a room where the shower didnt work and had to wash herself out of a bucket. Reception took a copy of the wrong page of another one of our friends passport and stopped us as we were leaving for dinner to take another copy. They have a metal detector at the front door which you walk through which beeps because we all have phones and coins but nobody seems to care. The hotel doesnt actually have Treebo Trend signage but we were able to find it anyway. Thank god for offline Google Maps.
