  I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their customer service is truly exceptional – friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with anything I needed.
  
  The rooms were spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and cozy, making my stay even more enjoyable. You can really tell that cleanliness is a top priority here.
  
  Another major plus is the location – very convenient and easily accessible to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, it’s a perfect spot to stay.
  
  What could be improved: Cabs take long time to come into the lane.

  Very nice and clean rooms. Quite spacious. Breakfast was of likited options. Housekeeping & towel replenishment was a bit slow. Reception desk staff was very helpful.

  The interior, staff and the service were excellent! We went with my mother in law and the room with double bed and a single bed was really conveniently for us. Wonderful staff!
  
  What could be improved: The hotel is located at the beginning of Paharganj where some of the cab drivers refuse to come. Better off booking an auto until you reach Cannaight place where you can get the cabs. Having said that, the location is near to many of the attractions. Once you enter the hotel, you will forget about the location.

  It was very clean and nice. The reception staff were excellent and always ready to help.
  
  What could be improved: The location is close to Connaught place, it’s quite busy but the problem is Uber drivers don’t like coming here. The breakfast has a choice of 6 items and they are delivered to the room. There is no restaurant and no buffet.
