  What could be improved: Restaurant staffs need more training in customer service. Had to wait long, was ignored by the staffs. Restaurant was busy but then ignoring a guest is completely unacceptable.

  What could be improved: The breakfast was not upto the standard. The food was kept outside and we had to go out in the cold again and again to get it. Dosa order took more than 30 minutes to come.

  What could be improved: Room heating – the room was cold and when I asked for temperature to be adjusted, they told me that cause the room has a lot of marble it will stay cold !!!!
  
  View – I was told.its a garden view room but what I saw outside the window was a wall with some plants
  
  Location – Getting inside was a challenge, there is no prominent easily visible branding at the entrance that makes it easy to locate.
  
  Parking – Waiting for the car at vallet was a horrible experience.

  Room is mammoth in size, Amazingly clean, lake view was fantastic. Property as a whole was calm and peaceful with lot of scenic beauty. (Well maintained.)
