  It was clean and comfortable for us to get to the station from.. bar restaurant wasn't brilliant.. food was fine .. location was a bit grim..

  The staff was lovely, the room was good, spacious and comfortable, as pictured. There is a buffet for the breakfast and you can order omelette/pancakes as well. They have a very useful travel desk for booking drivers / guides around India. As far as I can tell, the prices are good and our driver (Vinod) was great. Staff at the reception also helped me purchase an Indian esim. Generally they are very helpful. The hotel is very centrally located, perfect to explore Old and New Delhi. Despite being in the middle of a very lively/chaotic neighoorhood, we could hear almost no noise from the street from our bedroom, thanks to the hotel being in a smaller alley. Definitely appreciated!
  
  What could be improved: The mattress is a bit on the hard side. When we arrived there were no towels but we asked at the reception and they immediately gave us some.

  The location, if you have a train/ metro to take early in the morning, you are a 6 min by foot from the station. The night receptionnist is a real professional and give us good tips for organizing our city visit, arrange tuk tuk at lower price and was really helpful. The rooms are confortable, and for the indians standards that should be easy 4 star.
  
  What could be improved: In the night the area is not so safe, we were forewarn , we took always a tuk tuk or Uber so no worries at all.

  The room was huge and had everything needed for a short stay. The staff was very responsive, especially when I asked why there were no towels (they offered to bring it up right away). The hotel is also located very close to New Delhi railway station, so it was convenient for early morning trains. Breakfast was also great though roughly the same every day. The front desk also provides currency exchange at a slightly better rate than the airport, so that was convenient.
  
  What could be improved: Some things, such as the safe, didn't work well. The room itself was clean, but not "spotlessly clean". The surrounding area, being Paharganj, is also bit messy and chaotic. The shower and toilet were not separated, so showering meant the toilet would get wet too.

  The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. The food is quite good and diverse. The location is very convenient to the main bazaar and the train station. Their airport pick up service is a big plus.

  The bell boys and waiters are very attentive. Mir the travel agent was very helpful with me finding a pharmacist. Gobin the wait staff was also very very helpful. Excellent breakfast. They also have a Good Day auto expresso machine to ensure you that cup of fresh coffee first thing in the morning.
  
  What could be improved: Some rooms I have stayed in have had poor wifi reception. Also, their wifi connection should not be considered secure because their Booking.com page has been hacked. I had received bogus text messages from scammers stating that I was in jeopardy of having my reservation cancelled unless I clicked on the link and entered sensitive information.
