  Location is very good. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Lift available. No restaurant but lovely food available across the way at their sister hotel Jyoti Mahal.
  
  What could be improved: It would be nice if there was a deck area to sit after a busy day. But unfortunately one can only spend time in your room.
  Not always hot water available.
  Late wake-up call in the morning by 45 minutes so fortunately my alarm did wake me on time.

  What could be improved: Nothing wrong with the hotel. But they advertise for a restaurant but it was kinda hard to find and they didn’t tell us where it was. Turned out it was on the top of another hotel? Kind of confusing.

  Stay at Pinky Villa was Value for money, Place was very calm and peaceful no road traffic disturbance maintained very neat and clean. Reception staff response is good, while would like to mention about service staff needs to be improved it is is not bad but ok ok would rate 5/10 for the service staff, interiors are well designed.

  the staff were exceptional and helpful the girl at Reception Pallavi always there to lend a helping hand and a big smile on her face, the matress in the room were soft had beautiful sleeps the air conditioning was superb ,all and all was very satisfied with my stay,
