  What could be improved: received too many emails asking to confirm our arrival, which we did but they asked again and again.

  As a family with 2 small children, we enjoyed staying in the family suit. We especially appreciated the size of the suit and the 2 double beds in it. Room was clean and safe for children. The hotel is 5 min walk from the Nehru Enclace metro station, with metro going directly to the airport.
  
  What could be improved: Booking.com advertises 20% off on beverages and food purchased in the hotel, but that was not given to us. We were also a bit disappointed that there was no fridge in the room, although the room description said there was supposed to be one.

  this is my second time here, Neat and clean, friendly staff, good food, pricing could be adjusted a little as it feels on the hefty side given sizes of the room but overall great stay, front reception staff very efficient and friendly. 4/5 for the stay

  The location was great as our main reason for visiting Delhi en route from Lucknow back to the U.K was to visit the Lotus temple. It was only 5 minutes by rickshaw. The breakfast was really good especially as there was someone cooking omelettes or eggs on demand. I would recommend a couple more western alternatives, such as Muesli, fresh fruit and yoghurt. The air conditioning in the room worked really well which was a relief.
  
  What could be improved: Some of the staff didn't appear very welcoming. A little smile or a 'Welcome to the Orion Plaza.' would go a long way in making guests feel relaxed and at ease.
