  The hospitality and the staff were just amazing! We got a free upgrade and the room was just amazing! It was very clean and the amenities and facilities of the room were superb. The bathroom was very very nice.

  First of all, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure that anything that I needed assistance with was facilitated.Very comfortable bed, nice room and bathroom. Spacious, snacks included. Friendly and professional staff. Clean. WiFi was good enough for me to do an online business call.

  Hotel and rooms are neat and clean. Hotel manager is very nice person and very helpful, staff was very good nd polite. Rooms are neat nd clean, waahroom is also neat nd clean nd spacious. My stay was comfortable there.
  
  What could be improved: I only don't like the car parking space. There is no private hotel parking. You can park your vehicle on side path of the very busy main road. Which every time think about my vehicle nd check every time that my vehicle is safe. Thats the only drawback.

  Had an amazing stay! The hotel is well maintained and smells good ALL THE TIME. All the staff are amazing and I mean ALL of them. Special mention to the room attendant, Gaurav and Krishna. He is Very attentive and friendly. Such a gem! Room size is big and very comfortable. I also feel very safe. Location is great as it's near the connaught place and they have free cab to Airport. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

  We recently stayed at the The Leena Hotel in New Delhi, and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Here's a detailed review of our stay:
  Accommodation – Suite: Our suite was spacious, clean, and well-organized. It included a complimentary extra bed, which was a nice touch and the view from the window was lovely. – Bathroom: The bathroom was luxurious, with sinks and a full range of complimentary amenities. The shower had excellent water pressure and heated up quickly, which I always appreciate in a hotel.
  – Lobby: The lobby was elegant, featuring a beautiful table of flowers that added a fresh and welcoming atmosphere.
  -Service and Hospitality – The staff, from housekeeping to guest relations, were incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive. They took fantastic care of us throughout our stay. The attention to detail and the level of service provided were outstanding.

  We chose this hotel mainly to stay near train station before our train on the next day. We didn’t plan it to be a base for sightseeing Delhi otherwise it would be bad decision because of the worst nightmare of traffic around the area. The hotel was like a sanctuary in the chaotic surroundings. We were satisfied with our room, welcoming services, nice clean airy room,good air conditioning, strong WiFi.
