  Hotel is beautiful well located . There is some noise due to construction . Please note that breakfast is somewhat chaotic . I waited a while for my cappuccino. The staff were pleasant . I had a great stay . Will be back

  Great range of nutrious food, incls requirements for seniors who are habitual to seeds, nuts and berries.
  
  What could be improved: Possibly items like weighing machines in the rooms, be maintained to keep them functional.

  Pool, Bar & club lounge. Room.
  
  What could be improved: They upgraded me & I didn’t want to be upgraded as I went from the top floor to 2nd floor. The new room was a suite & enormous for 1 person. I didn’t even check in at desk they just took me there & checked me in the room so a bit hard to say I was fine with what I had booked. Both rooms included the club lounge. Would have been good to have been given the choice.

  Everything! Fabulous hotel, beautiful. Staff excellent. Breakfast superb. Sabilah who looked after our room was lovely, helpful & friendly. Pool was great with lovely complimentary hampers with fresh cans of cold water. Thankyou, we will be back

  After initial problems checking in and misunderstandings about our booking, confusion over correspondence and many emails not being answered, we were finally offered a free upgrade to the Royal Suit, which was exceptional.
  We ended up with the room we requested and although we offered to pay for the upgrade in our initial emails, it was lovely to get it complimentary. We had amazing breakfasts and dinners, with lovely cocktails and wine. The whole hotel was beyond luxurious and opulent, and all the services we used were great and the staff were very attentive.
  the pool is amazing and it was great to watch the Kites flying over head. We had a lovely yoga session in the spa too.
  
  What could be improved: My one question i would ask is, i understand that you have to cater for everyone and every nationality and have stayed in some fantastic hotels around the world, but your buffet seemed very disjointed and lots of gaps. A lot of the food on the hot plates, could not be eaten together and didn't flow very well. interesting choice for breakfast and although i do understand other cultures, i felt the choices of food you had on the breakfast hotplates should have been on the evening choices. Maybe, your chefs need to address these issues, there is so much fresh vegetables out there and there was only one pan on offer for breakfast not dinner. You didn't really cater for vegetarian or vegan in these dishes.
  My other issue was the taxi drivers who picked us up, the one that picked us up from the station, talked all the time about how everything is so expensive and paying for his children's education, obviously hinting for a large tip. We had no idea how rich the hotel was and obviously he got big tips from the people that stay at your hotel but when i gave him the 500 rupees, in threw it in his centre console as if he was disappointed with the amount. I think your taxi drivers have a very high opinion of themselves and have an attitude that needs to be addressed. Obviously women travelling on their own, is something that they find hard to accept.
  The driver who took us to our airport hotel, was the same and very dismissive. He was inconvenienced, when we couldn't find our hotel and made it very clear that he was wasting a lot of earning time trying to find our hotel, which was very unnerving. it was obviously below him to be there and couldn't wait to leave us and didn't ask if we were ok, we actually got another taxi as soon as he left and we checked into another hotel. A taxi drive is very important but their attitude is terrible.

  I have traveled and stayed in hundreds of hotels, none compare to the Leela in terms of hospitality. The hotel was excellent. Truly made you feel like a “guest” and not just someone there. If you booked the normal deluxe rooms, or even the suite, the hotel treats all of its guests as royalty.🤴
