  Room is very comfortable, very clean.
  
  What could be improved: 1. Staff changed few times during billing. Each staff member understood differently the billing.
  2. Location is problematic. No restaurants around. Eating at the hotel was expensive and not very good.

  Excellent dinner and breakfast catering; complimentary upgrade to spacious suite was appreciated. Room service vg. Hotel well-placed for Old Delhi & Red Fort visiting. Good views from higher floors. Staff friendly & professional.
  
  What could be improved: Alcohol (beer & wine) prices are eye-watering. Coffee is very slow coming at breakfast – why not provide a machine for guests or a flask on their table?
