  Property was really good, everything you needed was there, prices in bars and restaurants could be a lot better considering that you are so close to amazing restaurants and bars with prices less then half, it definitely makes a difference when your there for a week or so.
  Door staff are really good but just need to be careful that they don’t just look after the people they think they will get more tips from !!
  Management need to know that there customers have all paid there wages so a good morning, afternoon just be more polite and that you actually want to be there

  But the entire hotel has no room with jacuzzi!

  Property is amazing and staff are very good and helpful, polite, everybody is well presented.
  Just had 1 issue on check when the young lady was supposed to come back to me over a concern but didn’t do so lets the whole side down, It only takes 1 !!

  Staying at The Imperial in Delhi was an unforgettable experience. It’s like stepping into a historical palace, surrounded by stunning artwork and grand furnishings, yet with all the comforts of a modern, perfectly run luxury hotel. The amenities are outstanding, the staff is incredibly attentive, and everything works to perfection. You feel pampered every moment—completely at home, yet immersed in an adventure through time and elegance. I’ve stayed at many top hotels, but this is truly one of the best.

  We always stay at the imperial when in Delhi. I would not stay anywhere else, for me it has historic significance that attracts me here.
  
  What could be improved: This time, to be clear its the first time, there were a lot minor issues on service 1) Dinner, ordered lamb chop which was tasty but extremely fatty which I spoke to the chef about. Basically cuts were of poor quality. 2) Lunch time – ordered the Dim Sum which came with 4 dips, and asked the waiter what the dips were and was told chilli and soya, and hurriedly walked away without describing the rest. Asked another waiter who then clearly described each one. Ordered dessert and requested tea to follow; tea comes first which I sent back to be served after dessert. Dessert arrived without the correct cutlery. Sloppy service but then again noticed a lot of new staff since the last time we were here.
