  Excellent hotel! Beautiful, comfortable and run by the most amazing team from front desk to drivers, house keeping and restaurants! Truly a remarkable experience
  
  What could be improved: This a is not a cheap stay – but well worth every rupee!

  Location in the embassy area so very safe, near to Lodhi Gardens. Varied breakfast and super room. Occasional event on front lawn added interest.

  I fell into the mattress, unbelievably comfy!! Great hotel, very clean and the staff are maybe too attentive! Lovely park/garden about 5-10min walk from the hotel for the 7am sunrise. Good food at restaurant. Lights and curtains all controlled by the centre console was neat.
  
  Only complaint i had (i think) a conjoining room, so I could hear someone talking but I used some earplugs and passed out.

  What could be improved: Everything was excellent except I sensed some creaky infrastructure- the hotel requires an infra upgrade. It’s an iconic hotel and needs to get a facelift to maintain its stature amongst the best hotels in Delhi.

  great location, beautiful decor. really good breakfast and helpful staff. the room was a really good size and the front garden was a great spot for a glass of wine before dinner!

  Good location, quiet and relaxing and a good place for first timers in Delhi. We were able to walk to many beautiful places. Everything worked well. Pleasant grounds. The staff were very polite and we had very good experiences with Bhagwan and Amit
  
  What could be improved: Too corporate and impersonal. It wasn’t really our style as we’d became used to more intimate boutique hotels in India where we really got to know people. I didn’t think it was good value for money – the room was small and breakfast wasn’t included in the room rate.
