But beyond the practical stuff, you’re surrounded by this amazing maze of narrow streets filled with spice vendors, fabric shops, and tiny eateries serving incredible food for almost nothing. Couples especially seem to enjoy wandering around here together — I mean, the location gets an 8.6 rating from them, so that tells you something.

The Room Experience

For a three-star property, the room quality surprised me. They’re not huge, but they’re thoughtfully designed with good storage space and decent air conditioning (trust me, you’ll need it). The beds are actually comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean with reliable hot water — which honestly isn’t always a given in this price range in Delhi. What I really appreciated was the attention to details like proper reading lights and enough electrical outlets for your devices.

The breakfast spread here is pretty solid, especially considering what you’re paying. They do a nice mix of Continental options alongside Indian dishes, plus there are good vegetarian and Asian choices if you want something different.   If you ask for a double bed you have a larger size room than 2 twin beds. Those rooms are tiny but same cost. However, they too are clean.

  The location was great and staff were so helpful . We had an issue with multiple cash machines not working . The staff sorted taxis for my family leaving early . Secondly, as I ran out of data they carried my bags to my meeting point . Kept ringing the taxi , waited with me until my airport taxi arrived and just kept me calm as I stressed about missing my flight . I so appreciated the help as the last women leaving the country out of our original party .

  Good breakfast, and Jai helped me extend my phone plan. the room was tidy, and Amit ensured that everything was up to standards and cleanliness. It is a central location, the staff makes it an easy stay, water, nearby restaurants, clean sheets, and a comfy bed. And the boys are friendly!

It’s within walking distance of New Delhi Railway Station and Connaught Place, making it extremely convenient for travelers. Plus, there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, adding to the overall experience.

  The staff were incredible. In particular Manish and Ravi whose name i recall. Manish checked me in and Ravi was one of the colleagues, alongside Manish who catered for me arriving due to cancelled flights plans (three tims) arriving at a very early time in the morning! They helped with my luggage, were so friendly. Manish was a superstar and the rest of the staff helped me with my luggage when they saw me struggling.
  
  The room (4 bunk bed dorm) is basic and what you see is what you get – it was perfect for what I was expecting.
  
  The hallways are clean and the rooftop i was able to meet a couple other solo travellers.
  
  I really like that the female dorm has a proper key fob entry so it feels more secure and safe.
  
  The hallways were clean and they provide you in the dorm with a small locker. And they give you a roll of toilet paper on arrival. I'm blown away by the place for the price and how nice they were. My experience in the room is only for the 4 bunk bed room for females. It is a small room but it has everything you need. Fan is loud at night so agree with housemates if you want to keep it on. You get a little reading light and personal fan in your room. Plus a plug socket.
  
  In the morning they were super nice on rooftop and provided breakfast. I don't eat in the mornings but it was seen to be enjoyed by other travellers and I kept some of it for later in the morning.
  
  What could be improved: The only downside to this place for me is the location- you have to walk down an alleyway to arrive there. But dont be worried if u arrive early in morning just do let them know in advance. You will have to walk down the alleyway but if you are worried I would advise to try call them to come collect you from your uber (it's about a 20 second walk).
  
  When you arrive (early morning) the door may be locked, but you knock and they should come. This was my experience. I had alot of men approach me in the alleyway/ area to say hi etc but if you worried you can also probably ask the staff to walk you down the road to an uber and I'm sure they will accommodate. They are the most friendly staff I've ever come across in a hostel!
  
  Also, fyi there is alot of street noise that comes in with dogs barking. I personally liked this as I enjoy having background noise to sleep but bring ear buds if you don't enjoy. It wasn't oo bad just something to know.
