  Staff is helpful food is good all request met in no time.
  
  What could be improved: Only they don't have bar but drinks are easily available at near by shops.

  Property was maintained well. It was quiet and peaceful. Good meal facilities. Staff at breakfast and meals were excellent. Very courteous and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: Probably will need an upgrade after some time. My experience at check in could have been better. The staff was abrupt and rude. Maybe new and needs more training. The rest of the staff were just great.

  The staff were really nice and happy to help in general. Special mention to Nidha on the front desk who was always smiling, helpful and courteous as well as the two gentlemen in the restaurant who were ever so kind.
  We got 2 room upgrades which was very thoughtful. Rooms were a great size too. Better than a lot of 5 star hotels I've stayed in Delhi.
  The hotel smelt nice with all the oil diffusers in the lobby.
  Flexibility with check-out timings.
  
  What could be improved: Cleanliness in the lobby's/ backdoor exits etc can be looked into. A lot of dust of the artificial flowers/ wall hangings etc are visible. Mirrors were dirty too. Minor things that can be easily rectified. Saying this, the rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean.
  Overall decor of the hotel needs an update and I would suggest the staff uniform too. They would really benefit from this as the hotel itself is good, though first impressions do count.

  What could be improved: I f they provide the arrangement to get down the customer from car to the entrance hotel it could have been better. Now you will have to get down on the road and take the language to hotel is inconvenient.
