  Excellent staff ( at the front desk, kitchen and the young man who helped us with the luggage) who looked after us so well.
  Excellent location with some of the best shopping and eating in Delhi ( @ South Extension market ) within walking distance.
  
  What could be improved: Lack of lifts for the 2nd floor, but that was mitigated by the staff who helped with the luggage.
