  A clean, well-located hotel with good facilities, but breakfast could be improved.
  The hotel is in a great location, and the room was spotlessly clean and well decorated. It had a calm atmosphere and was quiet throughout my stay. The added touches such as filter coffee in the room were appreciated. The shower was very good, and access to the hotel using phone-based reception worked smoothly.

  He inquired about our arrival and picked up from Kashmiri gate and dropped to the airport at very reasonable charges also. The place is very near to New Delhi metro and New Delhi railway station.

  had a great impression from the moment I entered, as the lobby was clean and I was warmly welcomed by hospitable staff, starting with the receptionists and extending to all the hotel personnel. They were very accommodating, and I really liked the spacious room with a window. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very quick to respond to any requests. I also appreciated the 24/7 security guard, which added an extra sense of safety.

  It was a very pleasant surprise. The staff is super friendly and efficient, they will make their way out to help you and even propose intinerary to visit the city, arrange private transportation… communication at all times is easy. They offer complimentary airport pick up which is great (you only pay parking). The rooms are comfortable and clean/pleasant. Breakfast is good. Also we had good dinner.
