Peepal Tree Residency Overview
First Impressions
When I first pulled up to Peepal Tree Residency, I’ll be honest — it’s not the flashiest place you’ll see in New Delhi. But there’s something refreshingly straightforward about this three-star property that immediately put me at ease. The staff actually remembered my name from check-in, and you know what? That kind of personal touch is getting harder to find these days. The lobby feels clean and welcoming without trying too hard to impress anyone.
Location That Actually Works
Here’s the thing about staying in Malviya Nagar — you’re close enough to everything that matters without being stuck in the chaos of central Delhi. Max Hospital is literally next door, which might sound odd, but it’s actually reassuring if you’re traveling with family or have any health concerns. The Saket metro station is about a 10-minute auto ride away, and honestly, that connection opens up the entire city for you. I found myself walking to nearby cafes and local markets pretty easily, and the neighborhood has this lived-in feel that tourist areas often lack.
The Room Experience
My room was clean and functional — nothing fancy, but everything worked properly, which is more than I can say for some pricier places I’ve stayed. The AC was quiet (crucial during Delhi summers), and the bed was actually comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up with a sore back. The bathroom was compact but well-maintained, with decent water pressure. I mean, you’re not getting marble countertops here, but you’re getting a good night’s sleep and a hot shower, which is really what matters.
Breakfast and Practical Perks
The breakfast spread surprised me in a good way — they’ve got continental options alongside proper Indian dishes, plus vegetarian and American choices that don’t feel like afterthoughts. The restaurant area is small but bright, and the staff seemed genuinely interested in making sure you had what you needed. What really sold me though was the free parking — if you’re driving in Delhi, you know how rare and valuable that is. No hunting for spots or paying ridiculous daily fees.
Why Guests Love It
Look, couples seem to really appreciate this place, and I can see why. It’s quiet enough to actually relax, but you’re not isolated from the city. The location gets consistently high marks because it strikes that sweet spot between accessibility and peace. You can grab dinner at nearby restaurants, catch a movie at the Saket mall, or just enjoy some downtime without feeling like you’re missing out on Delhi’s energy. For the price point, it delivers exactly what it promises — a comfortable, well-located base for exploring the city without any unnecessary frills or inflated costs.
Apartments in Delhi suit consultants with serviced residences, dedicated work pods, and quick access to corporate hubs.

Reviews of Peepal Tree Residency
Sadik from Bangladesh – 22 March 2025 (9/10)
Location (within 1-1.5 km of Max hospital, MGF Mall, Panchsheel park metro station) , Flexibility, solitude, Zomato's availability, easy pick n drop for ride sharing apps, Ventilation and staffs' friendliness.
What could be improved: It would be better to get a daily room servicing and refills of Tea- Coffee and water. But also room servicing is available daily and just a phone call away, it is our problem with timing that these services could not be availed.Arindom from India – 8 March 2025 (9/10)
A lot of mid-range hotels in Delhi are scams. But not this one. This property delivers exactly as they advertise. No false photos. Whatever is shown on the internet, they give exactly that.
What could be improved: The food menu could be expanded to give more choices.Kodape from India – 18 December 2024 (8/10)
The hospitality of hotel was nice, also their services would be appreciated, they serve us very decent food according to our requirement, overall the residency is very good.
What could be improved: Hvac system was well maintained though they don't have direct ventilation on ground floors it feels a bit down, also the network issue is faced while staying in room.Sangshaptak from India – 26 November 2024 (9/10)
Nice clean comfortable

Really kind and helpful staff. Comfy beds. Water pressure in the showers was good and there was a little tea/coffee station in the room for making hot beverages. Little fridge in the room was another bonus. Would recommend this place whole-heartedly.
What could be improved: Cleanliness could have been improved slightly but overall this place is much cleaner than other hotels in Delhi at this price pointJurick from United States – 31 March 2024 (8/10)

What could be improved: Maybe more options for breakfast would be nice.Eleonora from Germany – 13 March 2024 (8/10)
The personal was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The property was clean. Breakfast was simple but very good.
What could be improved: Some noise comes from the street, but that’s unavoidable in Delhi!Arti from Saudi Arabia – 1 March 2024 (9/10)
