  The thing I liked the most were the Staff. They were unbelievably supportive. Very professional, very well behaved, and understanding. Huge shoutout to Renjith Abraham, if you need support at this hotel, do look for him, he does everything possible to help. Gave us very good suggestions too.
  
  The service and housekeeping staff were also responsive, no matter the time, and were very helpful. Staff wise, this is one of the best experiences we have had.
  
  The rooms are comfortable, well maintained, clean, and hygienic.
  
  The buffet breakfast is decent.
  
  What could be improved: The location is disastrous as it is almost at the end of Delhi. Almost no shops or restaurants around. Closest mall has to be commuted to by a cab (uber/ ola/ taxi), and everytime you want to go to central you will have to book a cab.
  
  The exterior of the building is under renovation, however, there is no noise or disturbance in the rooms. The terrace area is not as shown in the picture and neither is the pool. It is rather a small plunge pool.
