  We had a great stay at Olive apartments, the stay exceeded our expectations with wonderful hospitality. The location was ideal in the middle of GK and there was plenty of space and lots of air conditioning and even breakfast snacks to keep you going!!!! Everyone was super friendly, and anything you needed was provided right to you. Hats off to Arjun especially as he was the sweetest guy who tended to all of our needs, a great team with even greater service.

  I had a great experience at Olive service apartments. Staff was exceptionally helpful and made sure of my comfort everyday. The carer of the house Arjun helped me with every little thing I asked for very respectfully and was always there to help. He made sure my room was clean and had everything I needed.
  Location was great as it was near everything I needed for my 2 weeks stay. Shopping, restaurants, banks and other amenities. The place was safe for a solo traveller like me.I totally felt at home

  The checkin process was smooth and easy. The apartment was clean and spacious, decently stocked pantry. Good to have the feeling of coming to a homely space after a long day of work. Care taker Jagat was friendly and very welcoming to address any requests I made. The location is great easily accessible to major hubs in South Delhi.
  
  What could be improved: The communication process felt too forced, multiple groups were formed on WhatsApp. There wasn’t one POC, would have preferred that.
  Also 100% advance payment was requested citing policy before checking in. However no mention of this on booking.com, payment at checkout is what I recall was listed.
  The payment links shared were confusing. And also my invoice wasn’t shared promptly. Instead got it only day after checkout.
  These things are efficiently handled at hotels but I guess professionalism is a compromise one’s got to make with home stays
