  Cabs regularly miss the entrance. See if google maps location can be updated to entry gate

  I found this place excellent and only issue here is the location which is heavy traffic which is many times reason for trip refusal by taxi aggregators which disturbing once schedule
  secondly you do not have bar along with restaurant
  
  What could be improved: fit and finish , cleanliness, staff , ambience and over all look and feel of the whole set including the toilet and its fittings i had good time for two days

  The whole hotel started in about a month ago and everything was clean and brand new. All Staffs were very helpful and friendly. The food was good and they have international foods with different tastes for different diets.
  
  What could be improved: Location of the hotel is in a very bad part of old Delhi and it is a bit scary if someone wants to walk around hotel during the day or at night.

  Great Location and relatively new property. Facilities are modern and suitable for visitors who hop in and out on their busy days. Staff are enthusiastic to be on service and go beyond regular repertoire of service. Look for Mr. Payush, he'll try his best to accommodate what you need.
  
  What could be improved: With the hotel's commencement of Business comes its apprehensive staff whose intra-organizational communication may lead to confusion at times.

  Brand new, clean and friendly staff eager to help. Really good breakfast and dining area is stunning and large.
  
  What could be improved: No liquor licence or bar set up yet. Areas of rooftop next to pool art still under construction. No spa facilities. Not technically in the city center of New Delhi. Was slightly busy coming in and out of the hotel with busy traffic and would only want to come and go by car.

  Breakfast was good. Ala Carte menu for lunch and dinner had plenty of choices and was good.

  This is our second stay at this new hotel and commend the general manager for bringing together an excetional group of people that understand customer service is demonstrated through action. We single out Customer Service Manager Ms Shreeja who assited my wife and I to obtain various purachases way beyond her duties. And our favorite waiter Arjay who greated us every morning with a smile and outstanding service.
  The buffet breakfast offered a huge selection and would be difficult to fault. Lunch and Evening dinning had a wide selection of both Indian and European, with the staff and chef prepared to ensure your meal met with ones expectation.
  We experienced both a suite and Delux room and found the decore modern and spacious.

  Great location, very clean and tidy, staff were so kind, friendly and helpful specially Anshika, very close to everything and nice city view from the room. Exceeded our expectations.
  The reservation executive was so compassionate. Wifey was in hospital and we could not check-in in time and whilst booking.com was useless and heartless, the hotel showed empathy and did not charge us for one day.
  Nevertheless, we had an incredible experience and was very supportive and take good care of my wife. We will highly recommend this place and such services are not provided everywhere in India. Thank you
