  Near the airport, good location. Clean and organized streets. Friendly staffs.
  
  What could be improved: It is rated five stars, but I felt the quality didn’t fully match the price. The room was smaller than expected, and some areas were under construction during my stay. Staff were friendly, but overall, I didn’t feel the stay offered good value for the rate charged.

  The food was amazing. The concept of having Phulka table at dinner is fantastic. The Breakfast spread is very good. The staff was very co-operative.
  
  What could be improved: The only area of improvement is Housekeeping . Their response time was very poor. The Handwash and the tea kettle was not working and i had to struggle to get it changed.

  the rooms were great and the beds were really comfy. food exchange was good too but a little pricy although it's expected for a 5 start hotel.
  
  What could be improved: I am guessing that if you book through booking.com or places where you can get a cheaper rate that they put you in the lesser rooms. I was on the 4th floor where they're doing some construction. The first couple nights I was in a room where the window was covered with a plastic sheet so you couldn't see out and it was a little bit prison-like. I moved rooms and got a better window but I've seen rooms on the other floors being of better quality.

  Love the modern minimalist decor and its location to Worldmart, a shopping and restaurant spot.
  
  What could be improved: The security to get in the hotel was overkill! Your bags and personal items go through a scanner opposite from where you get frisked! You loose site of your belongings until you are finished. I’m uncomfortable with my personal items, passport, identification and money out of my sight. What type of person do they anticipate visiting to have such a high level of security.
