  Rooms and location was great, it's a calm oasis in middle of Bazar road. I was a bot worried until I actually got to the hotel, as there are plenty of scam places with AI photos. Gold the Royal on the other hand ha genuine photos on the sitez and rooms and whole hotel is a really nice surprise.
  Doorman is one of the nicest and not intrusive people we have met in Delhi.
  Even doe there were some miscommunication regarding breakfast and room cleaning, receptionist Mehbub was helpful and friendly during our 3 night stay and always at the end sorted things out.

  The staff and rooms are excellent – however the reason I would not stay there is they do not have an AC restaurant, The have a roof top area where you can order food but it is would be nice to be in an AC to enjoy a meal or snack away from the Delhi nice and pollution. Also the hotel is in a small alley which makes access a bit of a problem. To the hotels credit they asked me what time I was arriving and had a staff member waiting for me take me and my luggage to the hotel. The hotel is brand new and the rooms are amazing.

  This is a great hotel. The staff are very friendly and happy to help. They helped us organise an airport pick up for a reasonable price and helped us with getting a SIM card. The area outside is classic Dehli, however the hotel is very quiet and calm. The rooftop area is lovely and the butter paneer masala was excellent. Excellent WiFi and super clean. I would heartily recommend! Thank you to my friends Mehbub and Ruhi.
