  The staff at this hotel are truly exceptional. I was extremely ill while there (nothing to do with the hotel) and had to have the on call Doctor. I was treated with such kindness and dignity. Nothing was too much trouble, medications were fetched for me and special meals prepared. Other than being in my own bed with my family around I couldn't have wished for more.

  The entrance upon arriving to the hotel was pleasant and grand. All staff were extremely welcoming and lovely. There were 7 of us and the standard rooms we booked were not close together so the reception staff upgraded us at no extra cost to the executive suites.
  
  The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. The shower was vast and beds clean and comfortable. The towels smelt very fresh as if they had just come out of the washing machine.

  A calm oasis in the hustle and bustle of Delhi. The staff were absolutely wonderful, beautiful rooms in a stunning building. Enjoyed the pool and the food.

  Service is exceptional. Both restaurants were first class. The gardens and pool were very relaxing. The buildings retain their heritage charm and are quite beautiful. The gym equipment is basic but enough to get a sweat on and a quality external gym is less than a km away. The metro is less than a 5 minute walk giving easy access to the rest of the city and all the sights.

  The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. I sat in the terrace which was beautiful. The suite I had was amazing and the gardens are huge with a beautiful swimming pool

  From the moment we arrived, it was clear the team at Maidens were going to go out of their way to make our trip special. Celebrating 25 years of marriage, nothing was spared to make this a stay to remember. We arrived on an overnight flight from Frankfurt and a room was readied to allow us to rest until our suite was prepared. A surprise upgrade to the Lutyens Presidential Suite was wonderful. We managed to shake the grime of travel and Delhi, relaxing by the pool and catching up on sleep in the peaceful surroundings. Whilst an attractive heritage property, Maidens Hotel’s key asset is its well trained staff who went above and beyond to make every aspect of our trip so memorable. The hotel is a few minutes walk to Civil Lines Metro which meant travelling back and forth to Delhi was convenient and easy. Thank you ❤️

  The staff upon arrival were outstanding. Everything was catered for and beyond. Beautiful property, elegant and understated. The pool was immaculate as was the pool shower block. The food was excellent and the chef catered to our vegan diet with no issues at all. Would absolutely recommend for a peaceful stay in Delhi. The staff at all times were amazing.

  A really great 5* feel in this property. Very helpful staff (very attentive, respond quickly to any issues), beautiful garden and pool, bed was very comfy. Breakfast is excellent. Nothing bad to say.
