  It very neat, clean, pretty. The food is nice. The location is perfect if you need to stay close to the airport and still could visit several places. The welcoming people at the entrance (the officers) are super polite and there’s a chunky dog somewhere, always happy to see him!
  
  What could be improved: Walls are thin and many visitors have none education/ respect for society in general. Had to have a room change at 3 am because one neighbor kept shouting to the phone while another one just kept his door open the entire night while playing loud music. Had to ask three times before I got another room. It just happens, the lady at the reception managed it really well, so it’s a plus for me. Some rooms are darker/ older than other but nothing to worry about. The personal can be a little bit rude/ not to friendly, but mostly manage to resolve all your questions/ petitions (it just tends to be a lot of people).

  Great stay in your lovely hotel. All staff, including the housekeeping staff were all extremely helpful and offered great service.
  
  What could be improved: Lack of selection of drinks in the rooms, especially lack of masala chai (tea) bags😥. Lack of paper copy information about the services and menus available at the hotel. Also lack of tourist information for guests to use during their stay to visit places of interest.

  Breakfast spread was good however some dishes were quite spicy like the rajma at dinner time or the aloo paratha. I enjoyed their masala chai. The service was or excellent would like to mention names of

  The restaurant was great. Harish the waiter was amazing and really made the meal enjoyable for me. He went over and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my food. The chefs made some of the best food I’d had in India.
