  Our stay had been very comfortable and what makes the difference are the staff specially the housekeeping and the restaurant staff who works very hard to cater the to guests needs

  What could be improved: Hair dryer was in the bathroom draw. It was heavy and awkward to hold and use. Something should be done asap.

  Good location, clean rooms. Good sized gym and spa. Many of the staff did not speak very good English (despite being an international hotel) which made it hard, particularly explaining allergy issues at the restaurant. There also weren't enough staff at check in and despite getting a free room upgrade through booking.com we weren't given any information about the club lounge at reception (we only learned about it by chance later on). Overall good hotel, but quite overpriced and staff communication really not great.

  The hotel is in a great position, we felt very safe walking around the area.
  Whilst it was very neat and clean it probably does need a bit of a renovation.
  The staff were friendly and the breakfast was beautiful.

  The Hotel is very nice starting from the lobby through to the atrium to get to your room. The staff are very freindly and helpful (you even get a free daily paper).
  The club room was a bonus because it made breakfast quieter and the happy hour drinks were heaps of fun (met all kinds of friendly people including staff). Able to walk to Indian Gate from hotel which was a bonus.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing – however the streets around the location very dark at night and not much to see).
