The three-star property has this understated charm that honestly surprised me. You know what struck me first? How quiet it felt despite being right in the heart of New Delhi. The staff greeted me like I was expected, not just another booking number, which set a really nice tone for the whole stay.

Greater Kailash-2 is actually one of those areas that locals love but tourists often overlook — and that’s exactly what makes it special. You’re surrounded by authentic Delhi life here, with local markets just a short walk away and some genuinely good restaurants that haven’t been discovered by every travel blog yet. I mean, you can grab amazing street food in the morning and be at major attractions within 20 minutes by metro or taxi. The couples who stay here really seem to appreciate having this local base — it’s intimate without being isolated.

The Room Experience

My room was compact but thoughtfully designed, with everything you actually need and nothing you don’t. The bed was surprisingly comfortable — I’m talking proper sleep, not that stiff hotel mattress situation you sometimes get. What I really appreciated was the attention to cleanliness and the little touches like decent lighting for reading and enough outlets for all your devices. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained, with hot water that actually stayed hot throughout my shower.

Daily Rhythms

Mornings here have this nice, unhurried feel to them. The breakfast setup is simple but satisfying — think fresh Indian options alongside some continental basics. I actually found myself lingering over coffee longer than usual, maybe because there wasn’t that rushed hotel lobby energy pushing you out the door. The common areas invite you to slow down a bit, which is honestly what you need after dealing with Delhi’s intensity. There’s reliable WiFi throughout, so you can actually get work done if needed.

Why Guests Love It

Here’s the thing about Indee home — it delivers on the fundamentals without trying to be something it’s not. The location gets consistently high marks because it genuinely makes exploring Delhi easier and more authentic. You’re not stuck in some tourist bubble, but you’re also not thrown into complete chaos. For couples especially, there’s something appealing about having this peaceful retreat while still being connected to the real city. The value is solid too — you get reliable comfort and genuine hospitality without paying for amenities you probably won’t use anyway. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you’ve discovered something rather than just booked something.

  What could be improved: The toilet seat was broken and the shower cubicle very old but all in all great value for money. Great location and the welcome by the owner Mrs Kapoor unmatched! She’s a lovely lady

  This was such a calm and quiet place to stay in a city as big and frenetic as Delhi! Mr and Mrs Kapoor did everything they could to make my stay at Indee Home comfortable: from giving me tips on where to go and how to get there to changing some of my money into smaller notes or helping out with my Indian sim card when it didn't work right away.
  My room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed and a shower that always had warm water. Breakfast could be ordered from the room and was very good every time.
  As a female solo traveller, I felt very safe here. There are places to eat only a short walk away and it's easy to get an Uber to other parts of Delhi from here.
  A special thank you to the night guard at the door! When I left in the middle of the night to catch a train, the taxi I had pre-booked couldn't find the place and he spoke to them on the phone until they found me.
  I stayed here at the start of my trip and came back to stay again before returning home – and would absolutely book a room here if I return to Delhi.
  
  What could be improved: Some parts could do with small updates, but they have big renovations planned for this year, so I look forward to seeing the new and improved Indee Home next time.

  Our hosts, Mr & Mrs Kapoor, were really very, very friendly, welcoming, and really helpful.
  And when our pre-booked Ola cab to the airport failed to arrive, Mr Kapoor very calmly took charge and arranged for an alternative Uber cab so we weren’t late for check-in, etc.
  
  Also, Indee Home is in a very nice and quiet location. Interesting shops & cafes close by.

  Great Bed&Breakfast, nice room and western bathroom standard. For a female solo traveler, really nice safe area. Good food places around. The owner is super friendly and helpful. She organized a taxi for me. So all in all I enjoyed my stay in Indee home.

  It was a great stay for both of us and we loved basically everything about the place. The owners Mr. and Mrs. Kapoor & the working staff were very welcoming and the place was clean and tidy. Looking forward to visit again. I would highly recommend to anyone and the area is super safe and surrounded with great restaurants in walking distances.

  The clean, comfortable room was on the upper floor of the owners home in a quiet residential neighborhood. It was within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The owners are a couple who went out of their way answering questions via email prior to our arrival. Upon arrival, they warmly welcomed us, even though our arrival time was 3 am due to a delayed flight and slow immigration. They provided a good breakfast each morning. They also made arrangements for a taxi tour of New Delhi as well as an Uber for our departure to the airport. They were wonderful hosts and we would highly recommend their B & B.
