  Staff were very flexible with my requirements (check-in, breakfast), and listened to feedback and suggestions. Very fast internet, hot water, beauticians just in front of hotel. Aerocity not very far.
  
  What could be improved: Entry into hotel for elderly or disabled person was difficult as no banister or lift at entrance. No quiet sign to inform visitors to be keep noise low at night/early morning. Lift doors could do with a clean.
