  Location is near airport but very hard to find . Had to contact them multiple times. But they were helpful. Rooms are good size . The morning receptionist was nice and welcoming.
  
  What could be improved: It’s like hit or miss . We had five rooms booked , out of them two rooms had 10% to 0 %water supply in the tap. Forget warm water , there was no water . Pillowcases were ripped . Duvet cover was worn out . And the night time receptionist . Bro need to learn to smile and some basic customer skills like making guest feel welcome. it won’t harm him.

  What could be improved: The aircon didn't work and the hotel declined to accept a debit or credit card for payment. This was difficult as I had no local currency and had to accept their exchange rate on GBP.

  What could be improved: Aerocity isn't a very nice area and very noisy, although this hotel is away from the worst of the noise. The taxi driver found it difficult to find.

  I loved the hotel. The best one I have stayed in Delhi so far. The reception is clean and the room is very comfortable, the bed is sooo nice! I ordered food and also enjoyed it. And very close to the airport ! If you need a nice hotel for good money definitely book this one !!
  
  What could be improved: Well just the guy who received me was a little bit rude to me. I booked a solo room but then my friend came with me (last minute) and of course I had no problem to pay extra but he kept saying no he's not allow. Then he told me I have to pay extra and obviously I agreed and it was all good. I understood his position I just felt a bit mistreated the way he spoke to me.
