  It is a very modern hotel in the middle of a not so nice area. The location possibly good for getting around but we had already booked our tours anyway. The staff were amazing, which was a real bonus.
  
  What could be improved: Not a very good location for visitors to have to find their way to. I would not recommend this unless you’re travelling in a group as it is not ideal to get around solo, with the area outside. Some of the rooms smelled bad and it was very very noisy. Next time I will try and stay at one of the better hotels closer to the airport, since we had tours booked anyway we didn’t need to stay so central. It was the only hotel I could find that was reasonably priced and looked modern.

  Quite comfortable room if you choose the executive room with a window, my friends had a room with no window which I don’t think is very good. My room was ok but loud from street below.

  What could be improved: The staff were helpful on arrival. However in the early hours they called my room twice – once at 06:30 and once at 08:30 for no obvious reason which woke me up twice when trying to recover from jet lag which wasn’t great. I tried to understand why they were calling but there was a language barrier and nobody came to the room after, so obviously nothing urgent.

  The hotel presents well & is tidy. Staff speak English; they’re very helpful & accommodating. The room was clean & beds comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast, including delicious omelettes. Airport pickup & drop off worked very well. The hotel being within 5 minutes walk of RK Ashram Metro station was great.
  
  What could be improved: The Paharganj District in which the hotel is located may not for first-time India visitors, unless you want to immerse yourself in a full-on
  Delhi India. Among other things It’s tricky to navigate. Take a day or two to habituate.

  The room was spacious and as shown in the pictures. The staff were very friendly. This hotel is 200m away from RK ashram Marg metro station. In walking distance of Sita Ram chole bature and other restaurants. Also very close to CP.
  
  What could be improved: The only downside to the city view room is that it is road facing and the window doesn't block traffic noise. It did not affect us much. But if you are a light sleeper, it could be difficult.

  We travelled to Delhi and stayed at Uptown hotel with all our families with elderly people. We had a wonderful experience with the service, food and hospitality. The staff at the reception was also very friendly and helpful. Our helper Ashok was very helpful. They accomodated a lot of our requests. We highly recommend this hotel for a family stay.
  
  What could be improved: The road to the hotel was crowded and metro construction going on.
