  very clean, comfortable rooms. got a room (asked for) with a balcony on the streetside. Streetnoise didn' bothered me at all and i had a nice spot to relax and to observe streetlife.

  The Pearl staff and hotel facilities were very comfortable. Best to stay on the opposite side to the main road due to noise. It can be challenging to find accommodation in Delhi that is true to the description, my experience exceeded my expectations and I was very satisfied with my stay. My only advise is to call reception 10 minutes before you would like a hot shower asking them to turn the hot water on, for some this may be an issue however I did not mind as I was grateful to have good pressure and hot water.
  
  What could be improved: The first room I was given had a balcony overlooking the main road for smokers, however the room had a strong smoking odour and I was moved to a quieter room immediately with no balcony and no smell. I was very satisfied.

  The rooms are modern clean and comfortable and the staff are professional and helpful especially Munna who arranged a sight seeing outing for me. The food at the hotel was good too but the portions were so big I could never finish all of the food and I felt bad about that. I appreciated the complimentary snacks in the room and the shampoo and conditioner packets– it's rare to find conditioner in a hotel room. As a solo woman traveler the staff here made me feel safe and at ease. The place is so clean that literally every time I saw staff they were cleaning something– the hallway, a room, the banisters etc.
  
  What could be improved: Location is a bit intimidating and busy/loud but Delhi is a big city so it's probably like that everywhere.

  Really clean and the staff were very helpful particularly Munna and Gulshelled. They went above and beyond. They are making a new restaurant on the rooftop so will come back and visit. It’s close to the main sites
  
  What could be improved: Only issues is it’s on the main road, therefore a bit noisy and very busy. However, depending on the room it’s not that bad and you can alway bring earplugs.

  When I requested a one-day tour to Agra, the travel desk representative, Munna, arranged it for 7K. The package included a private car that provided a safe and comfortable journey, along with a English-speaking guide at the Taj Mahal including a caretaker. The tour was well-organized and felt like excellent value for money.
