  Great Rest and Recreation facility.

  Bed were extremely soft . The tea tree spa cancelled my second booking without contacting.

  Very good
  I think for Indian standards this hotel is awesome. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help you in your inquiries. Breakfast is also good, hot water, everything you need is there.
  I think the bed sheets and towels could be cleaner, but other than that no complains.

  Everything was amazing, the hotel lobby itself. The restaurant food and service was outstanding. We had afternoon tea which was served impeccably and at a leisurely place . The staff was very welcoming

  A clean, well-located hotel with good facilities, but breakfast could be improved.
  The hotel is in a great location, and the room was spotlessly clean and well decorated. It had a calm atmosphere and was quiet throughout my stay. The added touches such as filter coffee in the room were appreciated. The shower was very good, and access to the hotel using phone-based reception worked smoothly.

  Great hotel… clean, comfortable and with really welcoming staff.
  Staff were extremely helpful. The hotel was very close to Earls Court Tube station on the District and Piccadilly lines which was great for getting to all the places we wanted to visit. Breakfast was also very good with lots of choice!
  Hard to find anything I didn’t like about the property.

  Really good, would recommend.
  Great location, decent size and nice updated room. Had good tv options and a personalized note and easy to access digital key. Fairly priced considering competitors, location and room style. Would recommend.
  Size is small but I think that is typical for London (?). Very Harry Potter under the stairs feeling but once I was in the room it was very nice.

  Lovely hotel, would stay again
  Lovely room, comfiest bed, soft and firm pillows. Excellent location and friendly staff.
  The room was a little cold, particularly the bathroom

  Wonderful
  Wi-Fi is free not chargeable, on main road property you will find easily, 7 min from airport exactly I seen time when I start from airport to hotel they are correct, breakfast is fine, quiet room. Service is good.
