  What could be improved: It didn't have balconies as stated or a whirlpool bath, waiting to check in for over an hour

  Great location, clean beautiful hotel always a member of staff around to help. We got picked as customers of the day so got free drinks nice touch!
  Music in the bar was very loud and difficult to have a conversation and hear each other. Our room was also really hot and the air con wasn't that good

  Family friendly hotel and near airport and near center of Kuta which can be done in walking distance where you can find many restaurant and shops. Restaurant is very good with free lunch for kids and very good quality of food and excellent breakfast.
  The beach near the hotel is quite dirty and swimming on it at your risk without hotel supervision/assistance.

  Wi-Fi is free not chargeable, on main road property you will find easily, 7 min from airport exactly I seen time when I start from airport to hotel they are correct, breakfast is fine, quiet room. Service is good

  The location of the hotel is very close to Indira Gandhi International Airport , easy accessible (approx.10 drive from airport), the nearest metro station is 5 min walking distance . The staff at the reception was very helpful and accommodative.
  The cleanliness in the room was excellent , Toilette was well maintained and very hygienic.
