  Room facility was good with many room furniture which are very needful. Location was good and near Metro station. Room key was an electronic card which is more secured.

  The staff was excellent, particularly Lucky, Hens and Manna. When I first arrived I thought the room noisy. They immediately upgraded me to a larger quieter room. They were wonderful to deal with.
  
  What could be improved: There is nothing that I did not like. Paharganj is a busy area and this hotel is set back by one block so it was quieter. It was easily accessible to the places that I liked to frequent.
