  Location is great and super close to the airport – only a 15 minute drive.
  
  When I arrived at 3am the reception staff were super helpful and helped carry my suitcases to my room.
  
  The room was fit for purpose and everything worked well. I woke up in the morning and realised I needed a female sanitary products which the reception were extremely helpful with. They went out and picked up some for me – honestly made a stressful situation a lot better and I cannot thank them enough.
  
  When checking out I asked for a taxi and they asked me what time my flight was. They made sure that the taxi hurried and ensure that I didn’t overpay for the taxi.

I specifically requested for a taxi and for someone to meet me at the airport, and I even followed up with a reminder the day before my arrival. Despite this, no one was there to meet me at the airport. When I called the hotel for assistance, I was met with indifference; they simply said, "Oh, we will call for a taxi now. The taxi driver will call you." Fortunately, I had access to the internet and was able to use Uber to arrange my transportation. However, for tourists arriving in Delhi from abroad, this lack of support could pose significant risks and challenges. This entire experience was highly unpleasant and needs to be addressed.

  The staff were helpful and the value was great. We were just there overnight for a layover. It was close to the airport, but still required a taxi ride. Wifi was good and room service was tasty and open all day.

  The hotel was very clean and neat, there is a 24 hour dining facility, there is a restaurant which remains open 24 hours, you can order food anytime, the staff is very good.
  
  What could be improved: There was very good cleanliness in the bathroom. The bathroom facilities were there. Everything was available in the room. Towel Shop shampoo was available in the room and it was very hygienic.
