  The staff were very kind, helpful and supportive. Good location for exploring. Excellent cafe called Festa just opposite would highly recommend eating there!!

  The staff at this hotel were all great, friendly and couldn't do enough for you. I also had food here a couple of times and both dishes were brilliant. Also,they change money for you which makes it easy instead of finding someone else outside.
  
  The hotel is in a very busy area, but the room I was in was very quite. It is very easy to get to the brilliant Metro system from the hotel, there is a small walkway where a cow lives, which saves you the hassle of walking around a very busy corner. I would estimate it takes 2 minutes to get there.

  The staff went above and beyond. Raquel (lady on reception, apologies if I got your name wrong) was wonderful. But each member of staff were so accommodating, offering extra bottles of water, taxis, never let us carry our bags ourselves. We arrived early and asked to move room to one with a window and they had another one ready in minutes for us. I cannot fault the staff at all. Absolutely wonderful!
  
  What could be improved: There are road works going on at the train station which means taxis are hard to get. It also isn’t a nice area to walk around but if you are okay paying very little for taxis you are good to go 🙂
