  Location is easy to find. The room size offered to me is good enough. The connectivity to other places via auto/taxi is easy.
  
  What could be improved: Cleanliness need to be improved, notice very small cockroaches here and there in the room. Also, the basin pipe came out of the wall, though next day they fixed it quickly.

  Bed was very comfortable. Ordered food from room service, was very good. Staff friendly. Helped me organise taxi for airport. 24 hour reception great for late arrival from airport
  
  What could be improved: If you need a 'perfect' place this won't suit you, but if you're the sort of person who's happy with the basics, you'll be fine. The bed could be longer, the duvet could be cleaner, but the place served its purpose. It's located in a 'colourful' area but you'll be perfectly safe.

  What could be improved: Hot water only on request, they didn't informa us before we get ready to travel to Agra at the nick of time, because, it takes 20 minutes atleast to get hot water after informing manager.

  What could be improved: There were items that were advertised on the menu that was not available which should have been informed beforehand.The bathroom toilet area needed to be positioned properly.
