  Good service, reasonable pricing, centrally located, spacious room, decent ambience, cleanliness well maintained & no disturbance (noise)
  
  What could be improved: geyser was not working, breakfast variety could have been improved. My room 105 (4th to 8th JULY) was stinking whenever exhaust fan switched on in wash room.

  The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room AC and the bed were comfortable. The bathroom was recently renovated and was clean and nice but there was NO toilet paper.

  Prime location. Easy connectivity to all modes of transport. The staff was very nice snd helpful. Reception guy Gaurav was genuinely helpful. Overall a pleasant say.

  At my arrival there at around 8 pm I didn't notice that the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned
  The bed sheets offered a bad smell and in the bathroom there were 2 small cigarette butts

  Good location for where I needed to stay.
  
  Friendly and helpful staff, kindly helped with luggage and showed me to my room. Due to Holi festival, they brought breakfast to my room. Breakfast was very good.

  What could be improved: Pillows were a bit hard.
  
  Bathroom could’ve been cleaner, water marks on toilet roll holder and not the cleanest shower area…just small things if you had to be picky but overall, that didn’t affect my stay.

  What could be improved: 1) Repetitive Breakfast no variations in Breakfast, daily same menu
  
  2) I don't know about other rooms but I have informed Mr. Rajendra in my room Door and Latch both need to be repaired
  
  3) Hot water was not available in evening time as many people want to have bath after coming from outside but no hot water available
