  Staff friendly. If you want someone to help you out for a small fee Kumal's your guy or just say no. The staff are very warm and welcoming. Rooms a good size and cool despite the Delhi heat. WiFi excellent and it's clean! Very happy with my time at their hotel.
  
  What could be improved: They'll ask you for pick up at airport to help. But their are many reasonably priced alternatives.
